Warm Oat and Salep Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 sachets of Salepi Olympos
  • 2 tbsp cornflower
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 400g milk (or plant-based drink)
  • 4 tbsp oats

For serving

  • Walnuts
  • Dried fruits
  • Cinnamon

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the Salepi Olympos, cornflower, milk, and honey. Stir continuously over medium-high heat until the cream thickens.
  2. Once thickened, add the oats, mix well, and divide into 4 bowls.
  3. Add walnuts, dried fruits, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
