Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or refund your money.
Return Process
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue and receive instructions. If the product is defective or damaged, you will be asked to send us photos of the product and its packaging. After the return is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.
