Chocolate Tart with Salep

Ingredients

For the base

  • 200g raisins
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 sachets of Salepi Olympos

For the filling

  • 400g dark chocolate, melted
  • 250g warm oat drink
  • 2 sachets of Salepi Olympos

For serving

  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate
  • Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Prepare the tart base. Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes until they soften. Drain and process them in a food mill. Add the oats, honey, and Salepi Olympos, and mix until you have a firm dough. Spread the dough in a tart pan and flatten it with a spoon. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  2. Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the warm oat drink until the chocolate completely melts. Add the Salepi Olympos, mix well, fill the tart pan with this mixture, and leave it in the refrigerator to set. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
