Salep is a natural coagulant traditionally used in Greece as a warming and demulcent drink that soothes a sore throat & eases stomach pain.
Combined with the special taste of saffron and its antioxidant,
thrombolytic & anti-inflammatory properties it contributes to physical health, relieves kidney pain and facilitates digestion.

Saffron is rich in lycopene, zeaxanthin, carotene A, B and C,
B complex vitamins and essential oils.

Ingredients

Sugar, corn starch,cultivated salep 4,3%, cinnamon 1%,ginger 0,7,%, vanillin, clove,saffron 0,2%, traces of salep extract

Preparation

Dissolve the content of the bag thoroughly in 150ml (medium-sized cup) cold water. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously. aYour salep drink is ready!
